PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Field Operations & Analytics to enhance field team effectiveness in Warren, NJ. You will size and deploy the field force, align targeting, manage incentive compensation, and deliver analytics to support commercial strategies.

This role requires cross-functional leadership, SOP adherence, and collaboration with Commercial, Patient Services, BI, IT, and other partners to drive scalable solutions and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related business or scientific discipline with 6+ years of commercial operations/analytics experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and business processes.
• Strong analytical methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead incentive compensation planning and administration analytics, goal setting, reporting, payouts, and awards.
• Manage field deployment, sizing, territory alignment, and placement in partnership with stakeholders to optimize commercial objectives.
• Lead CRM enhancements with priority alignment to strategy, scalability, and maintenance.
• Create CRM test scripts with IT and coordinate UATs with field users.
• Identify and implement CRM process improvements and data reporting enhancements.
• Oversee roster for field teams and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Lead quarterly alignment changes and communicate inputs to cross-functional partners.
