Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Field Strategy & Operations to orchestrate field execution and operational excellence across commercial, patient support, and reimbursement functions.

You will translate enterprise strategies into field-ready plans, develop SOPs, and lead platform management (Veeva CRM, Courier Health) with IT and analytics teams. A data-driven, collaborative leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years in patient support, reimbursement ops, market access, or field ops.
• Experience supporting FRM, PAL, reimbursement, hub, or specialty pharmacy ops.
• Experience managing operational systems like Veeva CRM, Courier Health, Salesforce.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise/functional strategies into field execution plans and processes.
• Develop and maintain frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and operating models for field execution.
• Lead field platforms (Veeva CRM, Courier Health) with IT/Analytics/vendors.
• Coordinate with FRMs, PALs, hub vendors, reimbursement partners to optimize service.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI capabilities, and tech enhancements.
• Ensure data quality and reporting integrity across platforms.
• Support governance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
