Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical, administrative, and secretarial support to the supervisor to ensure smooth office operation.
• Prepares BRCs from supervisor information for invoicing records.
• Records, checks, and transmits man-hours to payroll for accurate payroll processing.
• Prepares various monthly reports as required.
• Prepares purchase orders and ensures receipt of materials against orders.
• Participates in Safety and Quality projects and activities.
