AbbVie is seeking a field-based Oncology Nurse Educator to educate allied health professionals on hematologic and solid tumor therapies, support patient management education, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Oncology business.

The role emphasizes proactive education, resource provisioning, and collaboration with sales, medical, and clinical operations to optimize patient care and outcomes, with significant travel across CA and NV territories.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD; Master’s preferred.
Current valid healthcare professional license.
7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent hematology preferred.
Experience in academic and/or community oncology settings.
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% with valid driver's license.

Mansioni

Serve as strategic education leader across oncology accounts with approved resources.
Develop customized education plans from account dynamics and clinical insights.
Educate clinicians on patient identification and therapy use; adverse event management.
Lead 1:1 presentations/in-services and round-table discussions as approved.
Travel to internal meetings and support education initiatives for sales teams.
Document interactions and manage allocated resources.
