Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Specialist in Portland, OR to service KM MFPs, printers and related devices. You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, install equipment, and troubleshoot networking for printing and scanning.

The role requires local travel, strong customer communication, and willingness to train customers on basic functions, with opportunities for additional training and growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; technical school training preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent.
• Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Windows OS peer-to-peer and MAC OS client-side environments.

Responsabilités

• On-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and printers.
• Install/ de-install equipment; troubleshoot networking for printing/scanning on Windows/Mac.
• Travel locally daily to customer sites; manage territory workload.
• Occasionally travel outside local area for training.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning and copying functions.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory and complete timesheets.
• Provide sales support and advise on problems/accounts.
