You will maintain conference rooms, supplies, and coordinate travel; requires 2+ years in office services or logistics, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Travel: Reliable transportation for regional travel is mandatory.
• Flexibility: Willing to handle same-day assignments and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage front-of-house operations to ensure a 5-star concierge experience.
• Oversee lobby flow, security protocols, and call routing across sites.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and chain-of-custody for high-priority packages.
• Operate print, binding, and scanning equipment; maintain toner and devices.
• Keep conference rooms and common areas VIP-ready and stocked.
