Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior asset control or logistics experience preferred.
• Prior car rental industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate computers and tablets.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to make vehicles rental/sale ready.
• Review site vehicle status and resolve coding issues.
• Organize vehicle staging on the lot for quick action.
• Inventory vehicles and monitor asset control points.
• Add new fleet assets and receive vehicles in EAM.
• Handle data entry, emails, and report viewing.
• Coordinate transportation and car haulers.
