Qualifications

• University degree in civil/architecture engineering.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience, with two years in contract and tender administration and evaluation.
• English and Arabic are required; French is a working language for UN Secretariat.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report all FICIP financial and administrative issues.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and procurement departments.
• Prepare statistics and reports; maintain tender and contract documentation.
• Lead technical evaluation team for FICIP tenders and prepare evaluation reports.
• Draft minutes and track action points; provide status updates to Donors.
