Job summary

IMC Construction is seeking a capable on-site professional to assist with field administration, supervision, and technical management across construction operations. You will work with foremen, subcontractors, and other personnel to keep projects moving on schedule and within quality standards.

You will support safety orientations, CCIP compliance, and site logistics while maintaining complete project documentation and coordination with project teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year construction degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience with a commercial contractor or similar role.
• Proven leadership ability managing project teams on-site.
• OSHA 30-Hour training or equivalent safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site field administration and supervision for construction operations.
• Support timely project completion through scheduling and expediting deliveries.
• Maintain project plans, subcontracts, and daily correspondence with accuracy.
• Assist with safety program implementation, site orientations, and inspections.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain progress.
