Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Field Nurse Educator to educate patients on disease states and prescribed medications. You will facilitate patient education, coordinate resources, and support treatment adherence while traveling extensively to meet patients where they are.

The role requires a nursing license, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of clinical healthcare experience. Expect significant travel, flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings, and a home workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN licensure in resident state (compact multi-state license as available).
• 5+ years clinical healthcare experience (hospital/home health/pharma/biotech).
• Current nursing license in good standing.
• Duties may require vaccination per client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate connections between patients and program resources.
• Provide direct educational training to patients on disease states and medications.
• Support multiple disease states and medications as needed.
• Promote behavioral change for treatment compliance.
• Foster dialogue between patient and health care provider.
• Schedule flexibility for weekends/evenings; travel up to 70-80%.
