Job summary

IQVIA invites qualified candidates to join as Nurse Educator to support pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will connect patients with program-approved resources and deliver personalized education on chronic disease management and prescribed therapies.

This education-focused role emphasizes patient empowerment, treatment adherence, and meaningful dialogue with healthcare providers. Travel and flexible hours are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of residence; multi-state license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical healthcare experience.
• Prior nurse educator experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Experience in direct patient interaction with adherence focus.
• Strong understanding of clinical data and pharmacology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad technology.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 60-70%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate connections between patients and approved educational resources.
• Deliver disease-specific education related to prescribed medications.
• Support multiple disease states and therapies as needed.
• Promote behavioral change to improve treatment adherence.
• Encourage effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
