Job summary

NQVIA Nurse Educator position is field-based, engaging patients through in-person visits, calls, video, email and SMS. The role does not provide clinical care but educates patients on chronic disease management and prescribed therapies under program guidelines.

Requirements include RN license, 5+ years clinical experience, BSN preferred, and willingness to travel up to 60–70%. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iPad is expected; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of residence; compact multi-state license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical healthcare experience (hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, biotech).
• Prior nurse educator experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate connections between patients and approved educational resources.
• Deliver disease-specific education and training related to prescribed medications.
• Support multiple disease states and therapies as needed.
• Promote behavioral change to improve treatment adherence.
• Encourage effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
