Job summary

Acadia is seeking an Executive Neuroscience Sales Specialist (field-based) to educate HCPs, build trusted relationships, and execute business plans to achieve sales goals in the Phoenix territory.

You will promote products with clinical and reimbursement information, develop territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated solutions. A strong neuroscience background and proven KOL engagement are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required.
• 8+ years in sales with complex account management preferred; neuroscience exposure beneficial.
• Advanced selling skills, leadership and business acumen highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet/exceed sales objectives using market data.
• Build relationships with HCPs and healthcare stakeholders including KOLs.
• Handle customer questions/objections using advanced dialogue and selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids and brand resources to customer needs.
• Partner cross-functionally for coordinated solutions.
• Advise on pricing, reimbursement, and specialty distribution; liaison for access issues.
• Track/report sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company at conferences; participate in trainings.
• Mentor/train new sales specialists; contribute to cross-functional projects.
