Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Field Network Technician for our Phoenix, AZ office. You will troubleshoot network connectivity on desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices, coordinating with sales and remote techs to resolve issues.

Entry-level training available for the right candidate. The role requires problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, Routing, Ports, TCP/IP) preferred.
• Certifications such as Network+, A+ (or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience with Windows 10, server versions and macOS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer network connectivity across devices.
• Communicate with customers via phone or email to gather troubleshooting info.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and remote technicians to resolve network issues.
• Support a dynamic department focused on delivering exceptional customer success.
