Job summary

Pacific Office Automation, Seattle, WA, is seeking a Network Technician to install and service client networks and office equipment. The role emphasizes problem solving, timely delivery, and strong customer communication.

You will work at our Seattle branch, supporting diverse clients with on-site network setups and remote diagnostics. You should have Net+ and Windows Server experience, plus proficiency with Apple devices.

Qualifications

• Experience with professional networking.
• Net+ certification.
• Good understanding of Windows Server environments (SBS,2008 R2 & 2012R2).
• Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows 7, 8, 10, and other mainstream Microsoft applications.
• Proficient with all Apple products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clients.
• Ability to travel locally to different clients.

Responsibilities

• Connecting/installing office equipment to our customer's network.
• Set-up printing, scanning, scanning to e-mail, scanning to FTP, etc. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues.
