Job summary

Pacific Office Automation (POA) is seeking a Network Technician for our Seattle, WA branch. The role focuses on connecting office equipment to customer networks, setting up print and scan workflows, and delivering remote diagnostics with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have networking experience, a Network+ certification, Windows Server knowledge (SBS/2012R2), and the ability to travel locally to client sites while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience with professional networking.
• Certification in Network+ preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server SBS/2012R2 and related OS.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect/install office equipment to the customer's network.
• Set up printing/scanning to e-mail/FTP and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues.
