CBIZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to support branch offices and vendor sites in the Watertown, SD region. You will install, upgrade, and maintain network hardware, phones, printers, and cabling, while managing IMAC tasks and ensuring SLA adherence.

The role requires regular travel within the territory, a company vehicle for on-site calls, and a hybrid work arrangement with primary field activities. Associates degree or 2 years of related experience preferred.

• Physically able to perform field tasks and lift equipment as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Complete maintenance, IMAC, and project tickets within SLA deadlines.
• Provide on-site field support across the Watertown territory.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools for client visits.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade voice, data, and AV hardware.
• Deliver excellent customer service and document ticket progress after visits.
• Drive company vehicle to sites and assist with on-call support as required.
