Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, and maintain branch connectivity and site infrastructure across the Minneapolis, MN territory. You will travel up to 3 hours one way, drive a company vehicle, and perform IMAC, ticket management, and on-site repairs while ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain branch connectivity and site infrastructure.
• IMAC tasks and ticket ownership to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Travel within assigned Minneapolis territory up to 3 hours each direction.
