Job summary

CBIZ Network Solutions delivers onsite technical support to Edward Jones branch offices and vendor sites across the U.S. and Canada. Field Service Technicians install, upgrade, and maintain branch connectivity and site infrastructure, including network hardware, computers, printers, and cabling.

You will manage maintenance, IMAC tasks, and projects while meeting SLAs and rollout schedules. The role involves regular travel within the Watertown territory, a hybrid work model, and the requirement

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two+ years IT/field service experience.
• Able to use all related computer hardware and software.
• Able to safely use a step ladder.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 100+ pounds of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain branch connectivity and site infrastructure.
• Manage ticket queue and SLA adherence.
• Perform IMAC tasks and project work as required.
• Provide on-site technical support with minimal business disruption.
