Qualifications

• Some computer knowledge with willingness to learn.
• Natural problem-solving ability and customer service focus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• VOIP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (VPN, TCP/IP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose the customer’s network connectivity across devices such as desktops, laptops, servers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Communicate with customers by phone or email to gather troubleshooting information.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and remote technicians to resolve network-related problems.
• Be part of a growing department and culture focused on delivering high levels of customer success.
