Job summary

KLA Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Network Technician to support client networks at customer sites in Kentucky. You will perform moves, adds, changes, and fixes to hardware and software, and provide technical expertise for network systems and applications.

The role requires strong communication, technical capacity, and the ability to work on-site with occasional travel. A Bachelor's degree in a technology field is preferred, with 2 years of client/server experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand network needs.
• Install hardware as required by the client.
• Support planned/unplanned client facility power downs.
• Escalate issues and propose solutions for moves, adds, changes, and faults.
• Use incident/change systems to track and document work.
• Perform site walk-throughs and read blueprints for planning.
