Job summary

Blue Stream Fiber seeks a Network Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot high-speed internet and cable services. The role involves maintaining equipment, conducting repairs, and possibly assisting with customer issues.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, at least 3 years of experience, and knowledge of relevant testing equipment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as CATV Service Tech or related technical experience.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative plant maintenance and outage restoration.
• Troubleshoot and repair fiber, trunk and distribution problems.
• Participate in on-call duties for technical repair after hours.

Skills

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
