Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer to build relationships with clients and homebuilding associates through on-site meetings. You will assess financial data, guide customers on mortgage products, and shepherd the loan process from application to closing.

This role emphasizes in-person service, travel to communities, and compliance with federal and state regulations. A valid NMLS license and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and mortgage industry software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and manage customer relations through outside sales and community visits.
• Provide tailored mortgage solutions and lock rates ahead of closing.
• Lead management via daily follow-up and scheduling in-person or virtual meetings.
• Originate and prepare new loans in compliance with regulations.
