ALCOVA Mortgage, LLC is seeking a driven Loan Originator to educate borrowers, assess financing options, and guide clients through the mortgage process. You will cultivate referral relationships and present mortgage products in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Strong communication, sales skills, and NMLS licensing are required. The role involves field work, local travel, and coordinating with processing and closing teams to ensure timely closings.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in mortgage industry; two years preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Loan Officer with NMLS.
• Strong pipeline management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business through marketing and referral partners.
• Maintain database of clients and partners.
• Keep pipeline updated and follow up promptly.
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations to individuals/groups.
• Educate borrowers on loan products and review applications.
