Job summary

National Seating and Mobility in Memphis is seeking a dedicated technician to support mobility solutions for clients, including wheelchairs and positioning systems. You will coordinate with Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely order, receipt, assembly, and delivery of equipment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to our HEARTS values.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform repairs in branches, field, clinics, schools, and care homes.
• Assemble seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per factory and clinical specifications.
• Provide inventory control and counts for all custom, special orders and stock items.
• Deliver equipment per Branch operations and Field leadership directives, including fitting, instruction, compliance, and customer service.
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed and directed by leadership.
