Job summary

National Seating Mobility (NSM) is seeking a skilled Technician in Michigan to support service calls, repairs, and the installation of seating and mobility equipment. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely order processing, assembly, and delivery to clients.

The role spans branch, field, clinics, and care settings, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to HEARTS values, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes repairs in multiple environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Provides inventory control for all orders and stock items.
• Delivers equipment to clients as directed, including fitting and instruction.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
