Job summary

National Seating and Mobility (NSM) seeks a Technician to join our team in Grand Rapids on a full-time day shift. You will assist in delivering mobility solutions, including wheelchairs and positioning systems, and coordinate with leadership to ensure timely order, receipt, assembly, and delivery of products to clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform quality repairs in various environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assemble seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Manage inventory for custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Deliver equipment per Branch/Field directions, including fitting and customer instruction.
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
