Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a field technician to support our mission of providing mobility solutions to clients. You will assist with wheelchairs, positioning systems, and related equipment, coordinating with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and support.

You will engage in on-site service calls, equipment assembly, and delivery, contributing to a customer-focused team committed to safety and independence for clients

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in multiple environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Manages inventory and counts for custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leaders, including fitting and instruction to customers.
