Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales within a defined California territory by delivering industrial hardware from a mobile store. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage the mobile storefront across multiple sectors.

Ideal candidates reside in the territory, can acquire a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. A high school diploma and proven tenure with minimal job-hopping are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• You must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
