Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a maintenance technician to support 5-6 retail stores. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on RTUs and split systems, plus general tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.

A company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad, and iPhone are provided. The role requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience, a valid license, and universal EPA certification.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA Universal/CFC certification required.
• Ability to operate a full-size van/truck.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and order supplies.
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, roofs, and drains.
• Inspect installations for building codes and safety compliance.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and maintain lighting systems.
• Respond to emergencies with quick action and document daily activities.
