Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with customers or patients is required.
• Healthcare or related field experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform observed collections of biological specimens.

Responsibilities

• Travel to participant homes, worksites, or DCS offices to collect specimens.
• Log, order, process, and assemble samples for shipping to a lab.
• File requisitions and chain-of-custody forms, plus related paperwork.
• Courier specimens to drop-off locations or labs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and data.
• Travel to third-party sites to perform site inspections.
• Support Program Manager and Regional Lead to meet standards.
