Job summary

Cordant Health Solutions is hiring a Mobile Collections Specialist to perform home-based urine, oral fluid, and hair specimen collections for the Indiana Department of Child Safety program. You will travel within a 45-mile radius, route-based daily, and ensure proper documentation and chain-of-custody.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. The position includes mileage reimbursement, cell phone allowance, and a potential incentive bonus

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working directly with customers or patients.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Smartphone with location-tracking capability.

Responsibilities

• Travel to participant locations to collect urine, oral fluid, or hair specimens.
• Log, order, process and ship samples with proper chain-of-custody forms.
• File requisitions and paperwork; courier specimens to drop-off locations or labs.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and patients.
• Support the Program Manager and Regional Lead; inspect third-party sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned within Indiana DCS program.

We are seeking a self-motivated Mobile Collections Specialist to join our Field Operations team in Hendricks County, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be located near Plainfield with the ability to travel within a 45-mile radius. In this role, you will be performing home-based collections for individuals required to complete drug screens as part of their involvement with the Indiana Department of Child Services.
