Zusammenfassung

Cordant is seeking a self-motivated Mobile Collection Specialist to join our Field Operations team in Vigo County, Indiana. The role requires travel within a 45-mile radius to collect urine, oral fluid, or hair specimens for Indiana Department of Child Services programs.

The position offers a day shift, with hours 11:00AM–7:00PM, and includes mileage reimbursement, a $50 monthly cell phone stipend, and an incentive bonus for emergency after-hours collections.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer or patient-facing experience.
• Healthcare, criminal justice, or similar field preferred.
• Ability to travel within the region (within 45 miles) and emergency after-hours travel.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Smartphone with location-tracking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills; able to set up applications independently.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and sit/stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Travel to participant's home, work, or local DCS office to collect urine, oral, and/or hair specimens.
• Log, order, process and assemble samples for shipping to laboratory.
• File requisitions, chain of custody forms, and paperwork.
• Courier specimens to drop off location and/or lab.
• Keep detailed records of client and patient interactions.
• Travel to third party collection sites to perform site inspections, as needed.
• Provide support to the Program Manager and Regional Lead ensuring that third party collection sites meet Cordant's standards for the Indiana Department of Child Safety program.
• All other duties as assigned
