Cordant Health Solutions seeks a Mobile Collection Specialist to perform home-based specimen collections in Madison County, IN. The role covers urine, saliva, and hair collection with daily routes and travel within a 45-mile radius, often including after-hours requests.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year in a customer-facing role, and a valid license with reliable transportation. Salary ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour plus mileage and other benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer or patient-facing experience.
• Must be able to travel within region for on-site collections.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to participants' homes, worksites, or DCS offices to collect urine, oral, and hair specimens.
• Log, order, process, and assemble samples for shipping to laboratory.
• File requisitions and chain-of-custody forms; maintain documentation.
• Courier specimens to drop-off locations or laboratories as needed.
• Perform site inspections of third-party collection sites to ensure standards.
• Support the Program Manager and Regional Lead as required.
