Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a Field Mitigation Lead to manage the mitigation department, supervising technicians, coordinator, fleet, warehouse and all emergency services work with the assistance of an Assistant Supervisor and Coordinator, overseeing projects and estimating.

You will develop and maintain the department budget, approve or estimate all mitigation division jobs, and foster strong customer relations with all stakeholders involved in the projects.

• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and manage client relations.
