Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Work Methods Specialist to coach field crews, develop standardized procedures, and promote a strong safety culture across transmission, distribution, substations, and related projects.

The role partners with Operations, Safety, and Training teams to implement best practices that meet PAR and Quanta standards, regulatory requirements, and client needs.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman certification or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical utility construction, work methods, safety, training, or field leadership roles.
• Field experience in transmission, distribution, substation, or specialty construction strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor field personnel and leadership across classifications; reinforce electrical trade skills and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain standardized work methods, procedures, and construction practices.
• Observe field work, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Engineering, and Training teams to improve methods and efficiency.
