Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You’ll support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

You will build relationships with store teams, support seasonal launches, and reinforce Mondelēz’s standards while adhering to safety and vehicle policies. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned markets.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and reliability.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers to ensure execution excellence.
• Complete store visits using Merchanidising Excellence standards and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal launches, merchandising, and high-visibility events.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Assist onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future roles.
• Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle policies while performing duties.
