The Hillman Group is hiring a Store Sales Representative in Birmingham, AL. You will travel between store locations, implement plan‑o‑grams, stock and organize products, and perform display resets to optimize in‑store inventory. Strong reliability and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan‑o‑grams.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan‑o‑grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
