Job summary

The Hillman Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Store Sales Representative to travel between multiple store locations in the territory, execute plan-o-grams, and maintain store displays while stocking and organizing product for optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable traveling between stores and managing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure inventory levels.
• Perform display resets and fixture setup.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues promptly.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
