The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own the territory and be the face of Hillman in partner stores. You will keep displays sharp, manage inventory levels, and nurture relationships with store staff daily.

This hands-on role requires standing, moving between locations, and occasional lifting, with travel across stores and the ability to run your day with a flexible schedule. The company offers broad benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable traveling between stores and managing schedules.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams and inventory basics.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in stores.
• Maintain displays, stock and organize products for optimal inventory.
• Travel between multiple store locations and build store relations.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
