Job summary

The Hillman Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Store Sales Representative to travel between store locations, execute plan-o-grams, stock and organize products, and keep displays fresh.

You’ll build strong relationships with store staff, complete service reports, and manage your schedule with a flexible daily routine. Benefits include a company car and gas card, health/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a competitive $18–$20 hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Retail or field service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between stores and manage schedules.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with plan-o-grams and store displays.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
