Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You will keep displays sharp, ensure inventory flow, and foster strong customer relationships.

In this hands-on role, you will travel between stores, execute planograms, stock and organize product, and perform display resets. You’ll also document service reports and photos, contributing to a high-performance retail presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or field service preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Able to read and execute planograms.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-ograms and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
