• Must meet applicable company driving and vehicle requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Merchandising employees with clear expectations and regular feedback.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Partner with Sales to align merchandising with account priorities and customer needs.
• Ensure merchandising service levels, shelf conditions, rotation, inventory organization, and communication.
• Own staffing and service coverage for assigned routes and handle disruptions.
