Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to drive in-store merchandising, resets, and installations across an assigned market. You will lead a team of merchandising associates, train staff, and ensure quality and safety in all tasks while partnering with the District Manager on staffing and scheduling.

This full-time field role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong planogram skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the market and neighboring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading or directing the work of field associates.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel within market and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising and resets across the territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work.
• Serve as in-market point of contact with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between assigned stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure proper tool use.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time.
• Train, coach, and onboard new associates as requested.
