Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, installations, and resets while guiding in-store teams for on-time, quality results.

Responsibilities include coordinating with district leadership, ensuring planogram compliance, and maintaining safety standards. Occasional travel to neighboring markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance per policy.
• Proficiency with smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Certified or willing to become forklift certified within 30 days of hire, per OSHA/client requirements.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned market and to neighboring markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixtures, installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) via mobile apps; ensure reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and proper tool use; correct unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to deliver high-quality, timely project completion.
