Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with valid driver's license
• 1–3 years retail or consumer goods experience preferred
• Live inside the geographic boundaries of the team
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to travel across assigned markets
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execution excellence
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams
• Execute daily coverage by visiting stores and documenting execution
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and leadership
• Support onboarding and capability building for Merchandisers and Order Writers
• Promote safety and follow all company policies during driving and field activity
