United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandising Sales Representative to drive sales and deliver high-quality merchandising at assigned customer sites. Responsibilities include ordering, stocking, resets, and supporting continuity programs, with travel up to 95% within the region.

The role requires a valid driver's license, retail or distribution experience, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and benefits include comprehensive 401k and health plans.

Formación

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Auto insurance levels must meet UNFI requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in retail or distribution.
• Prior sales and customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Food-related product experience is desired.
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Influence customer orders by identifying sales opportunities and recommending item discontinuations. Place orders, merchandise products, hang shelf tags, and set promotional materials; execute resets to drive sales.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and merchandising projects; execute customer-specific plans during visits and provide feedback to UNFI stakeholders.
• Rotate stock, remove out-of-code items, and process returns/credits per policy.
• Communicate with UNFI personnel on competitor activity, opportunities, and customer requests.
• Collaborate with supervisors or account managers to develop action plans and meet deadlines and budgets.
• Travel extensively within the assigned area as needed and stay current on Shelf Services tools.
