Spectrum Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Merchandiser to service big box retailers across a designated territory. You will set up displays, train store personnel, and promote our consumer products to end customers. Independent work with reliable transportation is required.

You will travel between stores, execute resets, and support sales efforts while maintaining safety and adherence to company policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or significant prior work experience.
• 1–2 years of sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain store presentation standards: displays, fixtures, sets, shelves, down stock, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, POP installation.
• Identify opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel to drive sales.
• Cover multiple stores daily in assigned territory.
• Generate sales by increasing brand awareness through direct consumer interactions.
• Participate in promotional events within territory.
• Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safe work practices and company policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
