National Federation of Independent Business is seeking a Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face, community-based work. You will meet small business owners where they are, share NFIB's impact, and invite them to join a national movement advocating on their behalf.

This hunter/closer role focuses on growth, with a proven sales model and no post-sale account management. We value mission-driven individuals with grit and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
