Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Field Medical Director to lead regional medical affairs for solid tumors, coordinating collaborations with physicians, researchers, and academicians across Breasts and Lungs. You’ll partner with Medical Affairs and other functions to build compliant relationships and support the pipeline.

The role requires pre- and post-launch medical affairs support, travel 60-70%, and experience with cross-functional teams, guidelines, and advisory boards.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or DO with minimum 5 years clinical experience in biotech/pharma.
• NP/PA or Master’s with minimum 6 years clinical experience in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust territory plans to inform healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.
• Establish and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with national and regional leaders.
• Coordinate partnerships with scientific/clinical experts and act as enterprise contact with organizations.
• Support major/regional congresses by engaging thought leaders.
• Provide balanced information to formulary decision makers and P&T committees.
• Identify investigators and sites for company-sponsored trials and ISR proposals.
